We at Duval Honda are proud to announce the addition of Express Service to better serve you, our valued Customer. What is Express Service? Express Service is designed to make your service experience FASTER and MORE CONVENIENT WHILE YOU WAIT.
If you are in a hurry or have additional service requests and wish to drop off your vehicle, we still provide shuttle service and economical rental vehicles. Either way, our helpful, courteous staff is committed to making your service experience EXCEPTIONAL at Duval Honda.
Here is a list of frequently asked questions regarding Express Service:
We have added 2 additional service bays to our Service Department that includes all new, state-of-the-art Honda Service Lifts, along with specialized tools and equipment, allowing us to service your vehicle more quickly and efficiently. We have factory-trained Technicians who will be able to perform the above listed services in 30 minutes once the service has been started.
Our main Service Department entrance remains the same. We will have a dedicated Express Service Advisor located next to our service Drive to greet you and expedite your service visit.
You will be greeted by our Express Service Advisor who will expedite the processing of your Service request. A porter will transport your vehicle to our Express Service area where our team of trained professionals will perform the needed service maintenance specific to your vehicle’s requirements. Using the latest tools, technology and training, our Technicians will be able to perform a complete service and a 19-point inspection within 30 minutes. Once your vehicle service has been completed, we will WASH your vehicle free of charge. While your vehicle is being washed, your Service Advisor will inform you that your vehicle service has been, and you can pay the Cashier at that time. Your vehicle will then be delivered to you outside of the Service Entrance doors.

We utilize a team of trained Technicians to work on your vehicle, which greatly reduces the amount of time necessary to service your Honda while still performing all factory-recommended procedures and inspections. You will receive a copy of our 19-point inspection, and you will be informed of anything that needs attention.
