Donovan Mills was fantastic. Of all the new car purchases I've made this was by far the most pleasant experience.
I'd like you to know that I met Donovan about 8PM on Sunday, Sunday, April 29th. I stopped by the dealership to look at the inventory, not expecting to find anyone there. Donovan was just leaving for the day and instead of just saying hi and continue on to his car he came over and talked and was willing to let me test drive a car and make any deal that night. I told him I was just looking right now.
By the end of the week I decided I wanted to buy a new Accord so my room-mate brought my 2003 Accord to the dealership to see what the trade-in would be and what it would cost me for a new 2012. Donovan gave the quote for a 2012 and the trade-in value so I decided to buy the next day.
I wanted a white car with gold trim which was not in Duval Honda inventory. Donovan said it was no problem and they would locate the exact car that I wanted for the price quoted. I had a business trip from May 5-13th and Donovan assured me he'd have the car by the time I returned. He called while I was away and let me know he found the car and it would be ready on Monday after they tinted the windows. I decided to pick the car up on Tuesday.
Was a little disappointed when I arrived and saw the car with black pin-stripping. Once again Donovan said not a big deal I could make an appointment and have it changed to gold stripe. He wanted to be sure I was 100% happy with my purchase.
Pin-stripping was changed, May 18th and the car looks great. I'm a very happy camper.
I would definitely refer anyone looking for a Honda to Donovan.
Troy Brant did introduce us to the service dept did well explaining the features. He was very knowledgeable toward our new Ford, but more importantly Mr. Brant listened to what OUR needs & wants were in a vehicle. He was personable, professional, & he has definitely earned our repeat business.
Sal Santora was the best salesman that we have ever worked with. We had no intent on buying a vehicle Saturday, we were just starting to look around. When we came to Duval Honda we didn't see anything on the lot that we like. Sal went and got the used car manager to assist. They were both very helpful and that is why we decided to purchase from Duval Honda. We did not feel like just another sale to them. Sal is very good at his job and makes you feel right at home. Best dealership by far. Very satisfied and will be bringing our business back in the future.

I did not have any issues withe purchase of my Vehicle. Matthew was very nice and professional. He went through the whole process with me and to be sure I understood everything. This is my 4th vehicle purchased and by far the easiest. Matthew reviewed all the functions and electronics and was able to answer my questions. As far as the service department, there was no need. My prior vehicle was serviced through you for the past 2 1/2 years so I am already familiar. All in all, I would give Mr. Cavill a 5 out of 5.
I still have one minor thing to take care and that is the switching of my tires from my previous vehicle to the new one. It was supposed to occur this morning, but I was unable to be without a vehicle for 3 hours so I rescheduled for Monday morning. It was no big deal and works out better this way.

Since I was buying an older model Odyssey and there was no manual available, I did have to ask Matt a lot of questions about how things worked and he was very knowledgeable and eager to make sure that I was comfortable with everything. He even removed my child car seat from my Caddy and installed it in my Odyssey and that was no easy task. He is a very nice young man and I will definitely give his name to anyone I find that is in the market for a vehicle.
Everyone I had contact with at your dealership, from my initial greeting from Matt to Jamie in the service department were very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with both your manager and your financial person (sorry I can't remember their names at the moment). They were very personable and kept both Matt and myself in the loop as far as how things were progressing rather than leave us sitting there as I have been done so many times in the past at other dealerships.
I feel I was treated very well and got a terrific deal on my Odyssey. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and the only other dealership that comes close to matching your service is one of your sister dealerships - Duval Mazda. But I must say you outdid them a bit. The fact that your guys transferred my insurance and my tag right on the spot was an added bonus.

I knew I needed a better car than the one I was driving. I wanted to get a fuel efficient vehicle. So, I remembered how much I had heard about Hondas and their fuel efficiency and resale value and I decided to look a Hondas. When I looked, I found one that met my needs more than I realized or anticipated. The Fit was a match made in heaven. I use my car like a small truck and the fold down back seats are perfect. When I purchased my last Accord coupe, I went there. I was actually living in Clearwater, FL but was at home visiting my parents in Jacksonville. While I was there I went with an old friend to the dealership and just talked to them. I told them I was already set up with a price down in Clearwater and they quickly beat them and went 500 below and tossed in floor mats, mud guards etc for free which was going to be charged at the Clearwater dealership. I of course purchased it immediately there and drove it home! I had no problem with the dealership at all, was totally ok with me taking the car to the limits during testing and car was promptly ready the next morning with spoiler installed and fully detailed!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2011 CRV from Duval Honda recently. My initial intent was to purchase a used 2010 EXL model but the price offered for the 2011 EX model was so attractive that I opted for the newer car.
My salesman, Jay Powers, was knowledgeable as well as affable. He made the experience entirely enjoyable and hassle-free. Even though I had to wait a couple of weeks for my car to be delivered, Jay kept me in the loop with timely updates.
I would happily recommend him as well as this dealership to any prospective buyers.

Very professional, started off with a phone call to the dealership, and spoke to Tony. Tony was very nice and to the point and answered all of our questions and we made an appointment. When we arrived at the dealership Tony came out and greeted us and introduced my husband and I to our salesman. Tony said he would check on us and make sure everything went smooth. Our salesman Matthew was fantastic he helped us figure out what we needed and or did not need to fit in our budget so we got the most bang for our buck. The finance gentleman was a pleasure to work with not pushy like most others we have talked to in the past at Toyota with our last purchase. Over all wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone.
You guys are a great team. Everything went seamless, we started off with Bob but our car came in ahead of schedule on his day off so his team mate Sal stepped in exactly where we had left off and finished everything up superbly.

My wife and I came in to test drive one of the new CR-Z's. After the test drive we came back to the dealership and were seated in the showroom and there was a man interacting with all of the customers. We asked our salesman (Cecil Grant) who he was and he said he was the president of Duval Honda. When Mr. Morrell (the president) came over to where we were seated and asked if we needed anything we asked him if he frequently was running around the showroom floor since we had not seen this kind of customer service elsewhere around town, his answer was "myself and my team will do what ever it takes" With that said the rest of the visit went so well that we ended up not only buying the CR-Z but our next door nieghbors as well as our nephew have all purchased vehicles from Duval Honda.
I found exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. WOW! not what I was expecting, extremely fast, knowledgable and honest! That by far was the easiest car buying experience we have had.
